Categories of data collected and sources:

Upper Shoes processes the following categories of personal data: identification data (surnames, first names, dates of birth, etc.), contact data (email addresses, postal addresses, telephone numbers, etc.), relative data orders and payments as well as data relating to the diplomas and experiences of job candidates.

The information collected by Upper Shoes and which is essential to fulfill the aforementioned purposes is identified by an asterisk on the collection forms. If you do not complete these required fields, Upper Shoes may not be able to provide the service in question.

Your data is collected directly by Upper Shoes or may have been transmitted to us by our commercial partners.

Data recipients:

The personal data processed are mainly communicated/accessible to the Sales & Marketing Department, to the Information Systems Department of Upper Shoes.

As part of the purposes set out in this Policy, your personal data may be communicated to third parties, partners and/or subcontractors of Upper Shoes, for example:

  • to third-party service providers responsible for securing payments for your orders, shipments and deliveries of your products (transporters, order preparers, delivery services, etc.);
  • to professional service providers (website hosting, company for the administration and management of your data, advertising partners, marketing agencies, communication providers).

Subcontractors acting under instructions from Upper Shoes will be required to implement appropriate protective measures.

The duration of the conversation :

The personal data collected is kept by Upper Shoes in accordance with data protection regulations and for the duration of legal requirements. For example :

  • data relating to commercial prospecting is kept for three years from the last contact;
  • data relating to customers is kept for the duration of the contract plus the limitation period;
  • Data relating to unpaid debts are kept until the dispute is amicably resolved or, failing that, until legal action has expired.
