Glaze your shoesA step that all shoe lovers want to take one day, the whole art of enhancing them by “glazing” the front and/or back of the shoe. It is the crystallization of the wax particles that will give you this particular shine. We always start with polished shoes with your usual pomade. Wrap a soft cloth (an old t-shirt will do) over the index and middle fingers. The fabric should be tight and not wrinkled. Take a little Mirror Gloss on your cloth and apply it in circular motions to the areas to be glazed, hard toe and/or buttress. When the product has penetrated the leather, take a little lukewarm water with your cloth and apply the same way. Alternate these two steps and gradually the icing will “rise” until it becomes mirror-like.
