I got in water with my shoes, what should I do?

It's raining, your shoes are wet, what to do?

• Put your shoes under shoe trees to let them dry gently
  • Never put them near a heat source, even if you are in a hurry, it will damage the leather irreparably

• If your shoes are suede leather

  • Brush them with a brass brush to straighten the hair, brush from the bottom to the top gently.
  • Spray a waterproofing over the entire surface of the shoe, don't be too close, 30 cm is perfect.

• If you have smooth leather shoes

  • Start re-hydrating the shoe with a universal cream,
  • Then apply the cream pommadier at the right colour and apply making small circles. Don't forget the stitching and edge. Leave to dry. List with an oval brush
  • You can apply shoe polish paste on the toe cap or heel for more shine and highlight.

• Choose the right pair of shoes

  • If you know it is going to rain, choose rubber sole, this will insulate you from humidity.

  • Should you went out with leather sole shoes, hydrate and protect the sole by using Sole guard
