Glaze your shoes

A step that all shoe lovers want to take one day, the whole art of enhancing them by “glazing” the front and/or back of the shoe. It is the crystallization of the wax particles that will give you this particular shine.
You will obtain a glaze by alternating waxing hard dough And water using small circular movements. We make your life easier by using the Mirror Gloss from Saphir which makes the icing “rise” more easily and quickly.

We always start with polished shoes with your usual pomade. Wrap a soft cloth (an old t-shirt will do) over the index and middle fingers. The fabric should be tight and not wrinkled. Take a little Mirror Gloss on your cloth and apply it in circular motions to the areas to be glazed, hard toe and/or buttress. When the product has penetrated the leather, take a little lukewarm water with your cloth and apply the same way. Alternate these two steps and gradually the icing will “rise” until it becomes mirror-like.
Polish hard dough or Mirror Gloss, both will bring you the same result but not in the same time.
